Services Provided

Seashells Property Management provides comprehensive holiday let management, property cleaning, and related services, as detailed on our website. Our services are subject to availability and may change without notice.
Booking and Payment

All bookings for property cleaning or management services must be made in advance.

Payment for services is due on receipt of your invoices.

All payments are to be made via bank transfer as detailed on invoice.
Cancellations and Modifications

If you wish to cancel or modify a booking, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

If you cancel within 24 hours, you may incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% due to the loss of Seashells Property Management Time & Earnings.
Liability
While we take every effort to provide excellent service, Seashells Property Management is not liable for any damage to your property, loss, or injury during our service provision, except in cases of gross negligence.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Cornwall, United Kingdom.
