Who we are

Seashells Property Management is a family run business based in Perranporth, Cornwall.

We believe that the little things make a big difference, which is why we pay close attention to the personal touches that help each holiday home feel welcoming and cared for. We understand how important great communication is to our holiday home owners. We work closely with you, keeping you informed and listening to your needs, so you can have complete confidence that your property is in safe hands. Our aim is to build strong, trusted relationships with every owner while ensuring their holiday home is always looking its very best. We are and always will be a personalised, family run business made up of like minded people. Our aim is simple, to make sure the standard is always at the highest possible level & to be done so, methodically & consistently. We believe that the passion and hard work put into our business shows in our work.

Sophie Walker

Director

The Director & Founder of Seashells Property Management.

Sophie is the face of the company and is passionate about creating beautifully clean, fresh and welcoming holiday homes that guests can enjoy from the moment they walk through the door. Sophie understands how important your property is to you and how much those little details can make the difference.

Sophies main focus is to ensure customers needs and wants are met. However, she still finds the time to improve Seashells social media presence with her photography skills.

Alongside this Sophie upholds a small family with their daughter Phoebe & Cockapoo Clover.

Callum Walker

Director

The Director & Founder of Seashells Property Management.

Callum's primary focus is on the background running of Seashells. Callum's aim at Seashells is to maximise clients profits and to build long lasting professional relationships.

Callum's business knowledge, years of sales experience and marketing background allows for a specialised experience with each client, tailoring to their needs no matter what their requirements. Callum's systematic approach allows the Management & the day day running of the business to run fluently. He also indulges in cleans & management of staff to ensure the teams are hitting their targets.

Callum is also a Husband & a father. His passion for Seashells, his family & sports stands out.
